Session 1: Needs Assessment - We review the Questionnaire together. There's a lot to unpack from this Questionnaire. The goal is to uncover how your company is revealing its true value to your customers. Session 2: - Together, we draft some thumbnails of re-designs, and begin digital mock-ups. - We begin to re-establish your brand's voice and messaging through your copy: slogans, taglines, SEO, hashtags, CTAs, and broader content marketing projects. Session 4: Implement designs, voice, and messaging. Submit new digital assets to Web Manager/Designer/Social Media Manager, etc. Session 5: Project review. We reflect our outcome with our written goals. Did we accomplish what we meant to? Review updated analytics: has the data reflected our improvements? Is the Client satisfied? Provide Closing-Client Survey.
